Just beautiful. Fall in love and definitely be back. Friendly owner Karen thought of everything to make our stay absolutely perfect! Best self-catering accommodation ever! Cute and cosy, fully stocked kitchen. Good location for Dalby Forest and quaint towns. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Peaceful farm location, loved seeing all the animals especially alpacas. The cottage was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our Christmas stay. the location was peaceful and secluded, away from the noise of the city. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and had a relaxing time. the welcome package was a nice touch, with delicious treats and drinks provided.
Although the cottage had a mezzanine bedroom, we found it a bit inconvenient as we had to be mindful of noise so as not to disturb our toddler.

I had such a lovely and peaceful trip at Morgan's Rest in Pickering. The cottage was warm and comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary during a crazy storm. The mezzanine bedroom was a bit of a concern at first, thinking it might disturb my toddler, but it turned out to be absolutely fine. The great shower, spacious living room area, and the farm with all the animals on site were delightful. The welcome pack was a kind gesture, and the hosts were wonderfully friendly. Despite the bad weather, I managed to explore the charming center of Pickering, which was conveniently close. I can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy more walks and the beauty of the local area. I highly recommend staying at Morgan's Rest for a beautiful and memorable experience.

The location of this backpacker's accommodation is ideal, being close to the charming town of Pickering and serving as a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing a well-stocked kitchen, including a welcome pack with essentials like milk, bread, and butter. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the presence of animals on the farm adds to the overall charm.
It would have been helpful to have more information about the bedroom layout, as some guests were surprised that the bedroom was a mezzanine and had concerns about noise levels.

Private parking saved me from walking too far. The seating area was perfect for me to sit and judge everyone in peace.
Couldn't find a butler to attend to my every need. So disappointing.
